How often is the data pulled or refreshed?

Twitter is refreshed every 10 minutes on the hour ((including Mentions, Retweets)
Facebook data is refreshed hourly on Actionly.com.
Google Buzz is refreshed every 4 hours.
Data from YouTube, Flickr,  Blogs and News is pulled every 6 hours.
