How do I find positive or negative feedback, comments or tweets?
Under "Searches" in the right hand panel, you should see the keywords that you have selected to track in Actionly. If you click on each individual keyword, you will see the word "Positive" which are the positive tweets about the keyword you have chosen. "Negative" are the negative comments or tweets about the keyword.
"Top Tweets" are all the tweets about the keyword which are sorted based on how recent and how many followers the user has. Top Tweets means to give you the most important tweets for the selected keyword.
