For how long do you store data?
Data (all Tweets, Facebook messages, Blogs, News etc) is only stored for 30 calendar days. After which all detailed data (full tweets, Facebook messages etc) is purged from our servers and there is no way for us to
retrieve this information. Please save the detailed tweet data as there
is no way for us to retrieve it.
Summary data (or top level data such as no. of tweets, no. of followers) will be saved for up to a year or until your account is active.For an additional cost we may be able to save data, please email us at support@actionly.com
