What is a Search?
Searches are specific keywords that you are interested in monitoring. These could be keywords that specific to your Brand or keywords that pertain to your business which might be insightful to your business.
For example: Online Travel Agency, might choose to monitor their own brand keywords but also non brand keywords such as "vacation packages", "travel deals" or even monitor their competitors keywords.
Who should use Actionly?
Actionly is a Social Media Monitoring platform. Anyone who needs to monitor their brand, competitors or industry data on social media channels should use Actionly, whether you are a business, entrepreneur, PR agency or Social Media agency. We have several tools that are specifically designed for your industry.
How does the Free Trial work?
The Actionly Free Trial is absolutely free for 7 days. We do not collect your Credit Card information. After 7 days of trying us out you can upgrade to a Premium plan to continue access or subscribe to a Free Account where you can monitor 1 Search for free.
How can I access the data?
You can view charts and all information within the Actionly Dashboard. You can also export all data in a CSV format. All reports can be scheduled as well so you receive daily emails with all the data along with summary emails.
What kind of information is available?
Actionly gives you detailed information on what people are saying for the searches you are monitoring. We track what people are saying, the sentiments, the top influencers and buzz over time. We also track a number of metrics that help you monitor your Social Media Engagement over time, like Twitter Followers, Retweets, Mentions and YouTube video views.
How often is data pulled?
Facebook and Twitter (including Mentions, Retweets) data is refreshed multiple times per hour. Google Buzz, YouTube, Flickr, Blogs and News is pulled multiple times per day.
How long is data stored?
Data (all Tweets, Facebook messages, Blogs, News etc) is only stored for 7 to 30 calendar days depending on the subscription plan. Summary data (or top level data such as no. of tweets, no. of followers) will be saved for up to a year or until your account is active.
How do I signup for a Free Account?
Once you sign up for the Actionly Trial Account, you can opt for the Free Plan. The Free Plan is limited to monitoring 1 Search and the data will be stored for 7 days. After the 7-day trial, if you do not opt into the Free Plan, your account will become inactive.
What is your Refund Policy?
Hopefully you'll never need to cancel, but if you decide to cancel or unsubscribe your account, unsubscriptions will be in effect from the next billing cycle. Example, if you enroll for a Basic subscription for $20 USD a month on Feb 15. If you then unsubscribe on Aug 28, your subscription will remain active until Sep 14, after which no more recurring payments will be charged.
